Zumba

Those of you that have been checking out dance studios may have heard of Zumba, which is a fusion of exercise with Latin dance moves and music. For those who hate working out, or are bored with the run-of-the-mill aerobics classes you find everywhere you go, then Zumba might be a solution for you.
"Over what hill? When? Where? I don't remember any hill."

Routines include learning various fast and slow rhythms taken from many different types of Latin dance, while also providing some resistance training to tone your body and yield impressive results.

Sort of an exercise line dance. Good moving to some good Latin music. Some gyms and dance studios are starting to offer Zumba classes as the trend continues to grow.

In town we have Noe Hernandez at the Dream to Dance Studio, on Saturday afternoons. In Waipio, Noe is at the HEC Boxing Gym. Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays evenings and Saturday mornings.

"The love in your heart was not put there to stay.
Love isn't love until you give it away."
