The Tea Dance in Hawaii

We have been getting good information on Tea Dances throughout Europe where they are more prominent and they are different than what had evolved in the US. In Europe they are held on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, which was the olden time for a tea dance. They had something similar and started at 5:00 PM at Rumours at one time, but the "ins" goofed it up.
" Now, I am getting to be a kind of paranoiac in reverse.
I suspect people of plotting to make me happy."

I don't recall if we have ever had a real Tea Dance on Oahu. So it seems to me that we have to name it something else and of course. it will be something else. So I have had several suggestions and I like Pau Hana Dance. There is nothing resembling a Pau Hana Dance on Oahu. And l don't really know if there is ever going to be one. But we can kick it around. The old Tea Dance has gotta go.

So what would it be? Ask around and most people know what it would be. A Happy Hour in downtown Honolulu, in the middle of the Week, with less boozing and much much more dancing. Right after work, so that you need not go home first. Two or three hours of relaxation, dancing, a little booze and socializing with your fellow passengers on the train of life. A cover charge? Probably.

The freeway home would be a breeze and all clear. You would get home happy from a nice break in the middle of the week and go to bed early because you have a hard day tomorrow. Anyone knocking this?

Pub's Side Note: Yes, the super rich are poised to take over the country in November. They were able to buy the Supreme Court through Bush, now they have it made, until the Revolution. Unfortunately the help in the Revolution will be from the wrong people.
