For Week, Sunday, October 9 to Sunday, 15

Some time this afternoon this blog hit the 20000 "barrier." Even though the average hits per day are still not enough, we can consider this blog on solid ground and ready for the building ahead. A couple of good information contributors and with a few photos, Wow!
"We can always find something to be thankful for, no matter what may be the burden of our wants, or the special subject of our petitions."

So I will thank the reader/dancers who have racked up these numbers. I must also thank Dream To Dance Studio and Arthur Murray Studio for their pearls of wisdom contributed from time to time.

Meanwhile, we have analyzed a little more and find that some organizations "think" that we derive a lot more from them, than they get from us, so I just don't have the time for them. Perhaps they will understand blogging better next year and we can then try again.

Social Media is still what will make all these blogs and it is coming. It is traveling slow throughout the island. However in the West it looks very promising and some people are getting the pure understanding of the benefits to their organization.

At the moment our biggest gap is the upper Moanalua Corridor. This latest scheduling now seems to fit our few readers better with a lead of two days to fit into their plans for the coming week of fun. It has always been very simple. No one is looking ahead to next year

There are over two million pigeons on Oahu. If we keep feeding them at the same rate we will have four million by 2020. We have to find a way to reroute them to where the people that feed them live. Their homes and places of work so that the feeders don't have to go out of their way to feed the pigeons. Talk about poop! Let's get it in the right places.
