So What Snew?

Club Dancer blog is moving along pretty good, being that it is one of the many that cover downtown Honolulu. Of course, Club Dancer is slowly establishing its own kuleana according to the wishes of the reader/dancers.
"The difference between a helping hand and an outstretched palm
is a twist of the wrist.

If we want to write about hospitals and no one wants to read about hospitals, we will stop writing about hospitals. The reader/dancers will decide with the help of the many comments in the blog, the Information Contributors and the Contributing Editors. They will run it and eventually it will become Social Media.

So for now we just let the blogs go as they will and we gradually adjust each one into what it does best. Their reader/dancers are gradually becoming aware. So the blogs will just naturally move in their own direction. We will just help it along.

So we need comments in the comment section at the end of each blog. For starters that is the easiest. You start with just one word, "fine" or "terrible" and you can progress from there into a full sentence or two. No stopping you then, once you realize that you can make a difference. You will find yourself contributing information regularly because you want to, not because you have to.

"Like a Rolling Stone" By Bob Dylan

"Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth."

Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and Gower Champion were sharing a limousine to MGM. A short distance from the studio, however, they found to their dismay that a bridge they needed to cross had collapsed, leaving them across a fast-flowing river from the studio.

Undeterred, Fred declared, "We're dancers! We'll 'dance' across!" Having spoken, he gathered himself, spun around a couple of times, and nimbly danced across the surface of the river.

Gene agreed, "Good idea Fred!" He jumped up, and "lo and behold" also danced across the surface of the water.

"It's The Same Old Song" By the Four Tops

Gower Champion said to himself, "What Fred and Gene can do, I can do too!" So he took a deep breath, and jumped out onto the water - and promptly sank. Not wanting to lose out, he climbed out, took another deep breath, leaped- and promptly sank again.

Across the river, Fred and Gene watched as Gower kept falling in and climbing out and falling in. Finally, Gene turned to Fred and said, "Do you think we should tell him where the stones are?"

And Fred looked at Gene, puzzled, and said, "What stones?"
