Unhealthy eating habits and lifestyle results into many stomach related problems. One such problem is constipation. A lot of people nowadays complain of constipation.

They try everything to get rid of it but every time the problem resurfaces. Here are some tips for you that can help you get rid of the problem.

Try these and say goodbye to tummy troubles:

1. Mix triphala powder, bahera herb powder and amla powder and take this mixture with water every night before going to sleep.

2. If the person is very weak or is a child (who cannot try the above solution) then grind amla and make a wall with it around the belly button. Then pour ginger juice within it. Let the patient/child lie down for 2 hours. His/her stomach will get cleaned the natural way without any side effects.
