Roller buggy
You can use the roller buggy as a baby stroller, or as a scooter.
You can extend the lower body of the scooter to turn this stroller into a scooter.
The roller buggy is made of two hydraulic brake system with two disk brakes that could reduce the speed and to stop. There is also a safety belt on the child's seat. NOTE that the child should be older than 1.5years and you should not be speeding with this scooter (recommended not exceeding 15km/h)!
Alternatively, you can ride this scooter without the child. The baby seat can be removed for the buggy to be used solely as a scooter.
Remember though, that your child's safety is your priority!
