Toshiba is releasing its a new GPS phone, the 820T, apparently only in the Japanese market. This phone comes equipped with a 2.4 inch QVGA screen, a 3.2MB digital camera and has a location tracking service. Three colours are available - pink, blue and white.[via Aving]
