The dancers in town seem to be dancing up a storm. Is Oahu finally getting out of the dumps? We had over 20 thousand ballroom dancers in 1990, with maybe less than 10 thousand at the moment. Of course the West is where it is increasing the most and Kapolei Chapter of HBDA is leading the way.
